Message of condolence
We would like to express, on behalf of WP Hockey Union, our sincere condolences on the tragic passing of Langa Hockey Club Members : Busisiwe (Cookie) Gabuza and Nomawethu Manzini.
We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers of comfort to the Families of the deceased as well as the Langa Hockey Community during this period of mourning.
WP Country Districts Ladies Team Announcement
Congratulations to all the players selected to represent the WP Country Districts Ladies Team in 2019 :
WP Country Districts Trials Men
WPCD team to be selected from Cape Town based club teams
The WP Peninsula Team will be selected from teams that traditionally play in the BOLAND, OVERBERG & WEST COAST Regions (Paarl, Franschhoek, Van der Stel, Langebaan, Ceres & Hermanus).
Should there be insufficient numbers from the Boland based sides, players who were unsuccessful in making the WPCD side will be eligible for selection to the Pens side.
Players must play in GRAND RESERVE and LOWER to be eligible for selection.

Players to be at the field at 08h30 for registration and are to bring a white and coloured shirt.
